What Is Covered

•Product fails under normal use and meets the warranty period

•Manufacturing defect verified through photos/video

•DOA (dead on arrival) must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery

Not Covered by Warranty

•The following situations are not covered:

•Incorrect installation or damage caused by customer operation

•Short-circuit caused by wrong wiring or reverse polarity

•Water damage, rust, corrosion

•Damage caused by modifications, opening the product housing, or replacing internal components

•Wear and tear items (inner tubes, tires, brake pads, screws, cables, plastic covers)

•External damage: cracks, scratches, deformation, broken connectors

•Voltage mismatch or using non-original chargers

•Damage caused by accidents or misuse

•Normal wear & tear not covered

Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty assistance:

1.Order number

2.Clear photos/videos showing the issue

3.Scooter model + description of the problem

Our technical team will review the evidence.

If approved:

•A replacement part will be sent free of charge (within warranty period)

•Shipping time depends on stock availability

•Customer is responsible for installation

No refunds are offered in warranty cases.

Only replacement or technical guidance.

Shipping Damage (DOA)

If the item arrives damaged or non-functional:

•Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

•Provide photos/videos of the packaging and item

We will arrange replacement after verification.
