To ensure product safety and quality control, all KuKirin parts and accessories are final sale once shipped, except as stated below.
1. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
•Incorrect model or version ordered by the customer
•Compatibility issues caused by customer judgment
•Change of mind
•Items showing signs of installation, use, or damage
Due to the technical nature of scooter parts, installed or used items cannot be resold or quality-verified.
2. Returns Caused by the Consumer
If the return is caused by the consumer:
•The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
•The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
•The consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee
•The specific shipping fee depends on the express company chosen by the consumer
•Original shipping and round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
3. Returns Due to Our Responsibility
If the return is due to our reasons, such as:
•The item received is damaged
•The item received is incorrect
Then:
•We will cover the return shipping cost
•The consumer is not required to bear any shipping fee
•A refund or replacement will be arranged after verification
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, with photos or videos as evidence.
4. Refund Method & Processing Time
•Refunds are issued via the original payment method
•Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection
•It may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
